Coffs Area MASSIVE MONDAY Doorknock 21st April
Join us for a MASSIVE MONDAY DOORKNOCK in the Coffs area!
This is our final chance to doorknock before prepoll opens - lets hit the streets in key areas across Cowper for a massive doorknock!
We need to reach as many undecided voters as possible to share with them that Caz is running and accountable to the community, not party factions or corporate donors. Connecting with voters to hear about what matters to them, and talk about what Caz has to offer is crucial at this stage of the campaign.
This is the last day before prepoll opens - with around 50% of voters expected to vote early, this will be one of our last chances to reach people before they vote.
No experience? No worries! We’ll kick things off with a training session so you feel confident and ready. The training will cover everything from what to say at the door to how to really listen and learn from the community.
Here’s what to expect:
- Meet up with the team for a briefing, tips and to be paired up with another volunteer.
- We’ll hand out maps and pair people up before we head out.
- We aim for friendly, five-minute conversations at each door, focused on listening to the concerns and hopes of residents.
- Afterward, we’ll have a debrief to share what we’ve heard and how we can use that feedback to strengthen our campaign.
Whether you’re a first-time doorknocker or a seasoned volunteer, this is your chance to make a real impact in Cowper.
What to bring: A fully-charged phone, hat, sunscreen, comfortable shoes, and a friendly, listening ear! We’ll provide all the materials and guidance you need.
Together, we can create change — one conversation at a time.
