Keeping families safe

Every family has the right to safety and support, but our current system is failing that basic need.  Family violence is a crisis that cannot be ignored. Too many women and children in our region live in fear, without adequate support services. I’ve long advocated for better protections for survivors of domestic violence, and I’ll push for more funding for support, legal aid, and prevention programs.
